commissioning of your new press, studying with you
an appropriate way to adapt the press to the
production line and make it all more efficient.
After that they install the press and if you request,
all accessories.
Programming, updates and revamping
Our technicians support you with software programs
and remind you updates for software and all electrical
components of the press.
Since after a certain time of production you could
need a revamping of your presses, we also provide
renew and modification of all mechanical and electric
parts of machine.
Training
Our technical staff help you before and after the
installation, they train your personnel in order to
improve your know-how and the efficiency of the
press in any production cycle.
Spare parts supply
Most of mechanical and electrical spare parts are
available on the market.
Elettron provide ceramic moulds and induction coil
plates (in ceramic), because they are our exclusive
production.
Customer service
A continuous supervision of your press (24 hours) is
provided through a remote control; our technicians
and engineers remain at your disposal for
any clarifications and support.
